Peter assists Attorney’s other lawyers and has extensive experience of a wide range of private and business issues and related legal issues in the areas of Business Law, Civil Law, Contract Law.

As a lawyer and business partner, Peter handles all the issues related to corporate law and development company’s complex decision-making.
In addition, Peter assumes severe civil cases, where both human and legal issues are complex.

Both before and during his work in Attorney, Peter has worked as a hired “troubled CEO” in a number of privately-owned, listed and public SME:s, in Sweden, Germany, Denmark, the United States and most recently in Hong Kong.

These experiences are Peter using through his involvement in Attorney and Attorney’s clients, but also as an international lecturer in Management Center Europe in Brussels as well as in the American Management Association where he educates corporate boards and management teams.

Nafiye Bedirhanoglu, Associate

Juris Bachelor’s Degree (Jur Kand / LLM), University of Stockhoms 2011 and Master of International Law and Economics (MILE), World Trade Institute, Bern University, Switzerland (2010).

Nafiye assists Attorney’s other lawyers and represents independent clients in the areas of Business Law, Civil Law, Competition Law, Contract Law, Family Law and Migration Law.

Before Nafiye started working on Attorney, she worked as a consultant in anti-corruption issues at TeliaSonera, as well as with children’s rights within the Kinnevik Foundation Reach for Change, and mainly against Kinnevik Millicom.

Nafiye has also worked internationally and mainly with his own business in Ghana and as an employee in China and Georgia.

In addition to Swedish, Nafiye speaks fluent English and Kurdish (Kurmanji).

Reem Youssri, Associate

Reem assists Attorney’s other lawyers and represents independent clients in Business Law, Civil Law, Competition Law, Contract Law and International Private Law.

During the past 10 years, Reem has worked at the Swedish Tax Agency as well as in London and the Middle East as a lawyer and business developer. She has also worked as a lawyer in Egypt. Reem has worked with the international business law and business development and is driven by seeing results for her clients.

During her time as a lawyer, Reem has worked with international contracts, “Risk Assessment” from a legal perspective, and in Egypt, she has worked with International Arbitration and M & A, where she has represented international companies.

In addition to Swedish, Reem speaks fluent English and Arabic.

Aldin Ljuca, Associate

Aldin assists Attorney’s other lawyers and represents independent clients in Business Law, Civil Law, Competition Law, Contract Law and International Private Law.

In addition to his Swedish law degree, Aldin has master’s degree in international business law from the University of Turin, Italy, where he has focused on cross-border commercial contract law and dispute resolution.

He has had a great deal of involvement in business with own startup companies and also worked at the Swedish Embassy in Serbia.

Aldin is a result-oriented, entrepreneurial lawyer who has also conducted his own consultancy under law studies and has extensive knowledge of new media, IT and e-commerce companies.

Helena Katine, Legal Assistent

Helena assists Attorney’s other lawyers in Business Law, Civil Law, Competition Law, Family Law and Immigration Law.

Helena has also practiced at the law firm before joining Attorney.

In addition to Swedish, Helena also speaks English and Russian.

Susanne Björklund, Kontorschef och Ekonomiansvarig

Susanne is responsible for Attorney’s financial management and administration and she also acts as Head of Office.

In essence, Susanne is responsible for Accounting, Cash and Liquidity planning, Requirements Management and Supplier’s accounts, as well as all matters relating to the office.

Susanne has many years of experience in the field of finance at different companies and from her own business before joining Attorney.

Magnus Åkesson, Accountant

Accounting economist with 30 years of banking experience.
Magnus has worked in the following areas, accounting, financial statements, annual accounts, annual reports, system development and system management.

Magnus has since working on Attorney and the sister company Esquire AB also worked with smaller companies and their accounts and annual accounts through, inter alia, the preparation of annual reports.

Magnus has also regularly assisted Attorney’s lawyers in dealing with liquidations.

Gabriella Gustafsson, Receptionist

Gabriella works as a receptionist at Attorney and, together with her colleagues, she is responsible for welcoming and clients, answering the phone, preparing conference rooms for meetings and ensuring that the office looks representative.

In addition to the responsibility at the reception, Gabriella has some administrative duties.

She carries out office supplies and also contacts other suppliers, travel books, copying / scanning and binding of presentations.

Gabriella is studying law at Stockholm University. She has previously studied Political Science and Economics in Lund and has mostly work experience in customer service and sales.
