Sayma Islam, Receptionist

Sayma is educated in accounting and works as receptionist / administrative assistant at Attorney, and together with her colleagues, she is responsible for receiving and welcoming clients, answering the telephone, preparing the conference room for meetings and ensure that the office is in god order.

In addition to the responsibility in the reception Sayma has many other administrative tasks. Among others she is responsible for purchasing office supplies and having contact with suppliers i.e. travel bookings, copying / scanning and binding presentations.
